Nikhil Gupta

Nikhil Gupta is Co-Founder and CEO of ArmorCode, the leading Application Security Posture Management (ASPM) platform that helps enterprises ship secure software at scale. He brings over 25 years of technology and management experience building startups and high-growth enterprise software companies.
Nikhil started his career at Bell Labs working with the father of Unix and held leadership positions at VMware, Cisco, ForeScout, Ericsson, Nokia, and Alcatel. He previously founded Avid Secure, an AI-powered cloud security platform acquired by Sophos in 2019.
Nikhil holds an Executive MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School, plus Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Computer Science. He is a board member and co-author at The Purple Book Community, advocating for secure software development practices.
ArmorCode has raised $65 million in total funding across Series B and earlier rounds, with investors including HighlandX, NGP Capital, Ballistic Ventures, Sierra Ventures, and Cervin Ventures. The company achieved 400% year-over-year revenue growth and counts Fortune 500 companies among 25% of its customer base.
Founded in July 2020 during the pandemic, ArmorCode now serves dozens of Fortune 500 companies across media, financial services, healthcare, and industrial sectors. The platform has processed over 4 billion security findings and offers 200+ integrations, defining and leading the ASPM category.
