Nikhil Reddy

Nikhil Reddy is Co-Founder and CEO of Datoric (YC W26), a Y Combinator-backed startup providing responsibly sourced, security-first multimodal AI training data for voice models, robotics, and world models. Datoric's private, project-specific contributor systems are designed to ensure data integrity and provenance at scale.
Nikhil studied Economics, Mathematics, and Computer Science at the University of Chicago, and gained experience as a Quant Research Intern at Balyasny Asset Management, an elite quant hedge fund, and as an AWS AI/ML Software Engineer Intern. He also worked as a Quant Strategist at Blockhouse and previously interned at Walmart Global Tech.
In 2023, Nikhil built large-scale automations that bypassed Google OAuth 2.0 and QA testers to complete over 15,000 hours of paid data annotation tasks on crowdwork platforms, earning six figures in three months. This firsthand experience exposed how easily AI training data can be compromised, directly inspiring the founding thesis of Datoric.
Nikhil co-founded Arzule (YC W26) alongside Jeffrey Lin, an AI-native ecosystem revenue platform for B2B SaaS companies that helps partnership teams identify, activate, and track revenue-generating partnerships. Both Datoric and Arzule emerged from the Y Combinator Winter 2026 batch, reflecting his ability to identify and act on high-impact market gaps.
Within 30 days of launch, Datoric generated nearly seven figures in revenue, serving AI labs that require high-quality, authentic human data for next-generation model training. Datoric's private workspace model has delivered a dramatic improvement in data quality compared to traditional crowd-sourced data providers.
