Nikolay Vitanov is Co-Founder and Co-CEO at BeatpulseLabs, a London-based AI data infrastructure company transforming human expertise into high-fidelity training datasets for enterprise AI models.

Vitanov holds a BSc in Banking and Finance from Cardiff University and built a decade-long career at Citi, rising from Analyst to Director in Investment Banking within the Telecom, Media and Technology Group.

Vitanov brings a rare combination of deep financial acumen and enterprise AI conviction, championing the idea that generic training data is one of the most critical failure points in real-world AI deployment.

Co-founding BeatpulseLabs in 2024 alongside Jason Rieff, Vitanov led the company to close a $1.8M pre-seed round backed by Araya Ventures, Lighthouse Ventures, Alumni Ventures, and Avalancha Ventures.

Under Vitanov's leadership, BeatpulseLabs achieved 10x revenue growth in the first half of 2026, signaling surging enterprise demand for its proprietary multimodal AI training data platform.
