Nikos Dritsakos

Nikos Dritsakos is the Founder of Glen, a YC S26-backed AI startup building a shared memory and learning layer for multi-agent teams, enabling any agent to act with the expertise of the best domain specialists on your team.
Nikos studied Computer Science at Brock University and ran a growth agency during his university years before entering the startup world.
A serial entrepreneur by nature, Nikos co-founded and bootstrapped SalesBop to acquisition for $500K in just 18 months, demonstrating a rare ability to build and exit fast.
He went on to serve as VP of Technology at FliteHouse post-acquisition, where he scaled the engineering team, led SOC 2 compliance, and helped grow the company into one of the leading voice agent platforms for Canadian auto dealers. He also served as Head of Special Projects (MTS) at Composio, a top AI tooling company.
Glen, accepted into Y Combinator's S26 batch, introduces an organizational memory layer that enables persistent shared knowledge across AI agents, turning individual agent learning into org-wide expertise.
