Nils Kuchenbuch is Co-Founder and CEO of Feldwerke, a Munich-based CleanTech startup pioneering agri-photovoltaic (agri-PV) infrastructure that combines solar energy generation with active agricultural land use across Europe.

Nils studied Management and Technology at the Technical University of Munich (2020-2023), where he met his co-founders, and previously held roles at Pacifico Energy Partners, Tion Renewables AG, and Bready Mix Products, building deep expertise in structured finance within the renewable energy sector.

As the financial architect of Feldwerke, Nils leads structured finance strategy, successfully closing a 12M euro revolving credit facility from a French renewable energy debt fund to scale the company's construction pipeline.

Nils has positioned Feldwerke as a full-cycle developer, managing planning, installation, and deployment of agri-PV systems in close collaboration with municipalities, local investors, and farming communities.

Under his leadership, Feldwerke has installed over 20 MW of capacity in under three years, including the largest agri-PV installation in southern Germany, and is targeting 1 GW of installed capacity by 2030 across a 400+ MW development pipeline.
