Noah Levy is Co-Founder of Nine Fives, a Y Combinator-backed manufacturer of next-generation RF test equipment built for the modern engineering bench.

Noah spent nearly a decade as an RF Engineer at SpaceX working on satellite hardware, and holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington.

With deep expertise in RF systems and aerospace-grade hardware, Noah identified a gap in the test equipment market for simpler, networked, and driverless solutions.

Noah co-founded Nine Fives in 2025 alongside mechanical engineer Andrew Kurtz, combining their combined aerospace backgrounds to reimagine RF test instrumentation.

Selected for Y Combinator Spring 2026, Nine Fives is building ethernet-enabled variable attenuators, RF switches, and power meters that bring enterprise-grade RF testing to a fraction of the traditional cost.
