Noam Neumann is Co-Founder and COO at Zenzap, an AI-native workplace messaging platform that replaces consumer apps like WhatsApp with a secure, structured communication infrastructure built for modern teams.

Noam served in an IDF commando unit and went on to study at Tel Aviv University, before building a career leading operations and mobile strategy across global media and adtech companies.

After managing operations for over 1,000 employees across 10 countries, Noam recognized that fragmented communication was the root cause of operational breakdown, a conviction that drove him to co-found Zenzap in 2022.

Prior to Zenzap, Noam served as COO at Market Group, a global SaaS company, and as VP Mobile Strategy at Matomy Media Group, where he shaped mobile advertising strategy across a portfolio of data-driven platforms.

Zenzap has raised $44M in total funding from Bessemer Venture Partners and Lightspeed Venture Partners, serves over 10,000 teams daily including brands like FedEx, Starbucks, and Taco Bell, and has helped customers create more than 40,000 automated workflows.
