Noella Sudbury is the Founder and CEO of Rasa Legal, a mission-driven legal tech company making criminal record clearance simple and affordable for the 1 in 3 Americans with a criminal record.

A licensed Utah attorney and former public defender, Noella clerked for the Utah Supreme Court before building a decade-long career in criminal law and justice policy.

Noella led the successful campaign to pass Utah's Clean Slate law, automating expungement relief for over 500,000 Utahns, and founded Clean Slate Utah to raise awareness of the law.

She was named Utah Business Magazine's 2019 Woman of the Year, received the 2022 Utah State Bar Distinguished Service Award, and was selected by Inc. Magazine as one of the Top 200 most dynamic female founders in America in 2023.

Since launching in September 2022, over 26,000 people have used Rasa's platform and more than 5,000 have successfully cleared their records, with the company recently closing a $5M late seed round to scale nationwide.
