Octavian holds a Master of Science from University of Bucharest and began his career as a software developer in 2001. He founded CustomSoft in 2006 after working as a senior software developer, and launched Dyver.AI in 2023 alongside co-founders Sebastian Irimia and Ioana Vacarasu.

With over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience in software and e-commerce, Octavian is recognized for anticipating industry trends and positioning his companies at the forefront of AI-driven innovation. He serves as Brand Ambassador for the Balkan eCommerce Summit and has spoken at major industry events.
