Oded Har-Tal is Co-Founder and CTO at Datarails, an AI-native financial platform founded in 2015 that provides financial planning and analysis for Microsoft Excel users.

Oded holds a B.Sc in Mathematics and Computer Science, and an M.Sc in Computer Science. He previously served as Group Manager, Software at Polycom, where he managed large software groups and specialized in video conferencing flow-control and system infrastructure.

A technology enthusiast, Oded is an expert in algorithms and machine learning. At Datarails, Oded guides the development of the technical architecture of their innovative enterprise solution.

Earlier in his career, Oded held the position of Vice President, Research and Development at Trumedia and also co-founded Miraglue. He also progressed from Algorithm Team Leader to Algorithms Group Manager at MATE Intelligent Video, contributing to video analytics solutions.

Datarails has raised $175 million in total funding, with the platform achieving 70% year-over-year revenue growth and nearly doubling its workforce to over 400 employees globally in 2025. Datarails was ranked 92nd in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 in November 2024 and 113th in 2025.
