Ofer is a former Israeli Air Force pilot and serial entrepreneur with extensive experience building and growing go-to-market teams for SaaS companies in the US. He holds an MBA in Management of Technology, Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Tel Aviv University and previously served as SVP of Market Development at Ordergroove.

Along with co-founders Tal Shapira (CTO) and Gal Nakash (CPO), Ofer developed the platform and AI algorithm used for counterintelligence for the Israeli government before productizing it in 2020. He is passionate about leading solutions for the distributed workforce and recognized as a thought leader in SaaS security.

Under Ofer's leadership, Reco achieved 5x ARR growth in 2024 and 4x growth in 2025, raised $85 million in total funding from Insight Partners, Zeev Ventures, Boldstart Ventures, and others, and secured Fortune 500 clients including Waste Management and UiPath.
