Om Buddhdev

Om Buddhdev is the Co-Founder and CEO of Olam Labs (YC S26), a research lab building multi-agent simulations to measure social intelligence in AI models for safety, alignment, and agentic performance.
Born in 2004 in Canada, Om started building Roblox games at age 11 and Minecraft economy servers as a teenager, before becoming one of the top 25 Valorant players in the world, achieving 8x Radiant rank.
Om rose to Staff Engineer at Latitude.io (AI Dungeon), where he led Voyage's monetization and internal agent projects, and his firsthand exposure to the limits of model evaluations directly inspired Olam Labs.
He also conducted original mathematics research, producing a claimed proof for Erdos Problem 872 (open since 1992), with contributions credited on Terence Tao's AI contributions tracker and Thomas Bloom's erdosproblems.com.
Olam Labs' flagship product, Multi-Agent Arena, reached thousands of matches per day, is ranked top 50 on OpenRouter, and is nearing a billion tokens used per day while partnering with AI researchers on novel evaluation use cases.
