Omer has deep expertise in building fintech infrastructure for complex financial operations, having scaled PayEm from stealth to millions in revenue with 4x quarterly growth.

Advance raised $8.55M in seed funding led by nvp Capital with participation from Crystal Ventures, Vesey Ventures, and Mensch Capital, plus strategic angels including former Hippo Insurance CEO Assaf Wand.

The platform automates premium payment flows for MGAs, wholesalers, and high-volume agencies while enabling them to earn yield on idle premium balances, turning required financial operations into revenue-generating processes.
