Omer Zerahia is Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer at MSICS Pharma, a Tel Aviv-based biotech pioneering naturally-sourced psilocybin production for pharmaceutical and clinical use.

With 15 years of cross-sector experience, Omer previously served as Executive Vice President at Canndoc, Israel's leading medical cannabis company, where he spearheaded its IPO and global business strategy across Israel, North America, and the EU.

Omer initiated the first Cannabis-based MBA course at Tel Aviv University and lectures on Cannabis and entrepreneurship at Reichman University, establishing himself as a thought leader bridging regulation, science, and business.

Leveraging deep expertise in GACP cultivation, GMP production, and global regulatory frameworks, Omer co-founded MSICS Pharma in 2020, securing first-of-its-kind operational licenses from the Israeli Ministry of Health for psilocybin GMP manufacturing.

MSICS Pharma has raised $3.6M, holds the sole GMP psilocybin license in Israel and Europe, and is conducting Phase II clinical trials for PTSD, treatment-resistant depression, and OCD in collaboration with leading Israeli hospitals.
