Osama Jaber

Osama Jaber is Co-Founder and CMO at RightNow AI, a YC-backed GPU research lab, where he leads sales, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy. He has helped bring RightNow's products to engineers at NVIDIA, Hugging Face, Runway, and Together AI.
Osama earned a Bachelor of Pharmacy at the University of Petra and conducted undergraduate research focused on improving experimental methods. He then founded Antilab, an AI diagnostic tool that analyzed chest X-rays to help doctors reduce antibiotic misuse, which was acquired in 2025.
Building a healthcare AI product from scratch exposed him to the GPU performance bottlenecks most AI teams face, which led him to co-found RightNow. He builds the company alongside his brother and technical co-founder, Jaber Jaber.
RightNow is part of Y Combinator's Fall 2026 batch and the NVIDIA Inception Program. Its products include a CUDA-focused code editor, a coding agent CLI, and RunInfra, which auto-generates optimized GPU kernels and deploys models serverlessly.
Osama co-authored research papers on arXiv including AutoKernel, AutoMegaKernel, StreamIndex, and TIDE. NVIDIA's Dave Salvator publicly cited the 14x speedup achieved by RightNow's kernel optimization agent, a version of which the team open sourced.
