Oscar Boldt-Christmas is the Co-Founder and CCO of Tandem Health, Europe's largest AI clinical co-pilot serving over 1,000 healthcare organisations across 11 countries.

Oscar studied Engineering Physics at Chalmers University of Technology and later earned a degree from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg, before spending 20 years at McKinsey and Company as a Senior Partner leading the European Healthcare Practice.

Driven by the belief that AI can dramatically reduce administrative burdens on clinicians, Oscar joined Tandem Health to transform how healthcare professionals interact with documentation and patient care.

As CCO, Oscar leverages his deep expertise across payors, providers, and healthtech, and serves on the board of Generation Pep, a non-profit initiated by the Swedish Crown Princess Couple, as well as the Swedish Heart and Lung Foundation.

Tandem Health has raised $59.5M across two funding rounds, grown to over 170 employees, and its AI co-pilot is now available to more than 200,000 NHS professionals across the UK, Nordics, Germany, France, and Spain.
