P. Sanjeev is the Founder and CEO of E3 Electric.Ai (E3 Technologies Pvt Ltd), a deep-tech electric mobility startup building AI-powered electric scooters for India's mass two-wheeler market.

Sanjeev holds a B.Tech from the University of Madras and built an extensive career in the automotive industry, including serving as the EV head at TVS Motor Company and holding roles at Greaves Electric Mobility and HONOR.

A passionate advocate for intelligent mobility, Sanjeev leads with a first-principles engineering approach, driving his team to deliver concept-to-prototype-ready EVs in under seven months and filing over 18 patents in battery systems, modular architecture, and AI safety technologies.

Under his leadership, E3 Electric.Ai raised Rs 100 Cr (approx. $10.4M) in a Series A round led by BluVenture Holdings, and the company has built a team of over 100 engineers and researchers ahead of its flagship E3 TRION scooter launch.

E3 Electric.Ai targets Rs 8,000 crore (approx. $1 billion) in revenue by 2030, with plans to enter around 90 markets across India and a mission to make clean, intelligent mobility a fundamental right for the next billion.
