Paddy Lambros is Co-Founder and CEO of Dex, a London-based AI talent agent that matches elite engineers with high-growth technology companies through conversational AI and proprietary machine learning matchmaking.

Paddy spent over a decade building elite teams, joining Improbable as employee 50 and helping scale it from 50 to 650 people, then leading people, talent and operations at construction-tech startup Sensat, before serving as a fractional head of talent at European VC fund Atomico, advising 100+ portfolio companies on hiring.

Recognised in 2022 as one of the world's top 100 talent leaders, Paddy has conducted more than 10,000 interviews and holds a first-principles conviction that conversational AI can replace the CV and cover letter entirely, creating richer candidate data than any public profile.

Paddy co-founded Dex in early 2025 alongside CTO Harry Uglow, and the company has raised $8.4M in total funding, including a $3.1M pre-seed from a16z Speedrun and Concept Ventures, followed by a $5.3M seed round led by Notion Capital with angel participation from OpenAI.

Dex has attracted over 15,000 engineers to its platform, signed more than 50 technology companies including ElevenLabs, Synthesia and Lovable as paying clients, and grown from zero to approximately $1.8M in annualised recurring revenue since launching paid tiers in late 2025.
