Pamir Ehsas

Pamir Ehsas is Founder and CEO at Arcline, an AI-native legal services platform for startups that provides same-day turnaround with elite lawyers. He previously served as outside counsel to OpenAI and Google, where he witnessed firsthand the inefficiencies in legal services for high-growth companies.
Pamir holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Oxford and a Master's in Law from the University of Oslo, both focused on technology and privacy. He was selected as an Obama Leader in 2023 and named to Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe for Social Impact.
Pamir founded Brighter Tomorrow, a nonprofit that has provided education to over 5,000 Afghan children and developed Afghanistan's first EdTech platform. He has received leadership awards from the UN, Crown Prince Haakon of Norway, and multiple Afghan diplomatic missions for his humanitarian work.
Before founding Arcline, Pamir worked as an associate attorney at Norwegian law firm Braekhus, specializing in IT law, privacy, and cybersecurity. Arcline is part of Y Combinator's Winter 2026 batch and serves over 50 venture-backed startups across the US and Nordics.
Arcline's AI-powered approach reduces legal work by up to 80%, enabling startups to receive elite legal services at a fraction of traditional costs. The platform is trusted by founders backed by YC, Sequoia, a16z, and Founders Fund, delivering complex legal work in same-day turnarounds.
