Pan Koutlakis is Co-Founder and CEO at EatClub, a dynamic pricing platform that helps restaurants fill empty tables during off-peak hours while offering diners discounts of up to 50%.

Pan studied Economics at the University of Adelaide and held roles at foodora as CEO/City Manager, Rocket Internet SE as Product Manager, and co-founded A Gentleman's Tonic in 2014.

Pan convinced celebrity chef Marco Pierre White to join as an equity partner through a cold email, and rebuilt EatClub from zero revenue during COVID to achieve 190% growth in 2024.

EatClub raised $18.2M Series A in May 2025 led by Co:Act Capital and recently closed a $27M Series B, reaching a valuation over $200M with expansion into the UK market.

EatClub has grown to 7 times its pre-COVID peak, serves over 5,000 venues globally including 1,000+ UK restaurants, and has 2 million users with order volumes tripling in 9 months.
