Pankaj Khandelwal is Co-Founder and Co-CEO at Inaara NeoFoods, a Mumbai-based food technology company building an AI-powered, closed-loop farm-to-formulation platform for plant-based functional ingredients targeting global FMCG and food and beverage manufacturers.

Pankaj is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and previously co-founded InI Farms and InI Consulting, where he served as Chairman and Managing Director, building deep expertise across agriculture, food systems, and supply chains.

Pankaj envisions building a globally relevant farm-to-formulation nutrient ecosystem from India by combining agriculture, food science, and computational intelligence to enhance nutrition in everyday foods.

Alongside his wife and Co-CEO Purnima Khandelwal, Pankaj brings over two decades of entrepreneurial experience across agritech ventures, making Inaara NeoFoods their third major venture in 23 years.

Inaara NeoFoods secured $2.4 million in seed funding in August 2026, backed by prominent investors, to accelerate its proprietary AI and Computational Nutrition Engine, formulation capabilities, and vertically integrated agricultural operations.
