Panos Stravopodis is the Co-Founder and CTO of Elyos AI, a London-based, Y Combinator-backed startup building fully autonomous AI voice agents for the trades and field services industry. Panos is a software engineer by training with over 15 years of experience leading engineering teams across FinTech, MarTech, and Climate Tech, and studied at the University of Patras. He previously served as VP of Engineering at Bulb and Zoa, where he led a 150-plus person engineering team delivering Smart Energy products across the UK.

Panos has held senior engineering leadership roles at Funding Circle, Bynder, and other high-growth companies, accumulating deep expertise in building B2B enterprise SaaS products and finding product-market fit. His hands-on background in field services operations at OVO and Bulb Energy directly shaped Elyos AI's vertical-first approach.

Elyos AI was founded in 2023 as part of Y Combinator (S23) and has raised $16 million in total funding, including a $13 million Series A in January 2026 led by Blackbird Ventures, with participation from Y Combinator and Pi Labs. The company serves hundreds of customers and processes thousands of daily calls, integrating with industry-standard CRM and job management systems.

Elyos AI's autonomous agents handle inbound and outbound calls, job bookings, quote reminders, and engineer dispatch, functioning as a 24/7 front-office for trades businesses.
