Paolo Tarsia Incuria is Co-Founder of Pillar, an AI-native operating system built to digitize financial and operational management for construction companies across Europe and Latin America.

Paolo and his co-founders bring deep tech and fintech expertise, having previously built SaaS products and gained industry experience at Italian fintech companies Qomodo and Credimi.

Paolo identified the critical gap between the complexity of construction finance and the potential of modern fintech, co-founding Pillar to replace spreadsheets and manual workflows with intelligent, real-time software.

Pillar raised a record-setting EUR 3.2M Pre-Seed led by Emblem in September 2025, followed by a EUR 12M Seed round led by Earlybird Venture Capital and Base10 Partners in May 2026, bringing total funding to EUR 15.2M.

In under a year from public launch, Pillar scaled to 400+ contractors, 5,700 job sites, and 460,000 invoices processed, adding EUR 1M in ARR in the first four months of 2026 alone.
