Patrick Nelli is the CEO and Founder of Aligned Marketplace, a national value-based advanced primary care marketplace connecting self-insured employers with independent primary care providers across all 50 states.

Patrick earned a BA with Honors in Physics, concentrating in Biophysics and Biochemistry, from Wake Forest University as a Reynolds Scholar and Phi Beta Kappa honoree, before building a career in healthcare finance and analytics.

Patrick's decade-long tenure at Health Catalyst, a leading healthcare data and analytics company, gave him a deep understanding of how broken the fee-for-service model is for patients, providers, and employers alike.

As President and CFO at Health Catalyst, Patrick oversaw financial strategy and product lines serving some of the largest healthcare organizations in the country, before founding Aligned Marketplace in 2023.

Aligned Marketplace has raised over $30M including a $20M Series A led by Venrock, built a network of 3,000+ advanced primary care clinics nationwide, and counts Fortune 500 companies like 7-Eleven among its employer partners.
