Patrick Patzig is the Co-Founder and CEO of coachbetter, a pioneering SportsTech SaaS platform headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland that is digitizing football coaching, team management, and coaching education for clubs, federations, and coaches at all levels.

Patrick holds a BBA in Finance and International Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and built a distinguished career at Lufthansa Consulting, SR Technics Group, Mubadala, and EY before serving as Strategy and Operations Manager at FIFA.

A former footballer and coach himself, Patrick founded coachbetter after experiencing firsthand the lack of quality digital tools available to coaches, with his vision earning coverage from Germany's Kicker journal as 'Coaching 3.0'.

Patrick led coachbetter through multiple funding rounds totaling over $8M, attracting strategic investors including Brighteye Ventures, Swiss Founders Fund, and football icons such as Hansi Flick and World Cup winner Steven Nzonzi.

Under Patrick's leadership, coachbetter has secured landmark partnerships with Borussia Dortmund, FC Barcelona, the Austrian Football Federation, and the Football Association of Wales, supporting thousands of clubs across the USA, UK, and German-speaking markets.
