Patrick Rycroft is Co-Founder and CEO of LeoTrace, a London-based cybersecurity startup building automated security solutions for the AI-driven development era.

Patrick studied at Northumbria University and holds a Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute, accumulating over 8 years in B2B enterprise security sales.

Patrick spent his career selling application security tooling into global enterprises and identified a critical gap: tools could find vulnerabilities, but organisations consistently failed to absorb and act on the work.

Prior to LeoTrace, Patrick held roles at Veracode, FREE NOW, and Seatfrog, where he was recognised for his customer-focused approach and contributions to growing the UKI region at Veracode.

LeoTrace has attracted over 1,200 waitlist signups, closed a pre-seed round of £1.45M, and is already in production with tier-1 financial institutions in the UK and US.
