Paul Hung

Paul Hung, Ph.D. is Co-Founder and CEO of Taudia, a life sciences company advancing ultrasensitive blood-based biomarker detection for Alzheimer's disease and broader brain-health diagnostics.
Paul earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley and his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University, building deep expertise in microfluidic platform technology.
A serial entrepreneur with two successful exits, Paul has a proven ability to commercialize cutting-edge science, earning an R&D 100 Award in 2010 and an SLAS Innovation Award in 2018 for his digital PCR platform research.
Paul co-founded CellASIC (acquired by MilliporeSigma) and Combinati (acquired by Thermo Fisher Scientific), and subsequently led Thermo Fisher's global digital PCR business before launching Taudia.
Backed by Endurance28, IT-Farm, and NTU Ventures, Taudia is targeting a major product launch at the Alzheimer's and Parkinson's Disease Conference, less than two years after founding.
