Paul Lwin is Co-Founder and CEO of Havoc AI, a leading innovator in all-domain collaborative autonomy building autonomous maritime, aerial, and ground systems for the U.S. Department of Defense.
A U.S. Navy veteran, NFO, and Test Pilot School graduate, Paul holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and an MS in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins, and drew on his firsthand experience of China's strategic challenge in the Pacific to build an asymmetric defense solution.
Paul was selected to join the inaugural WP Intelligence Council through the Washington Post, alongside former Deputy Secretaries of State and National Security Advisors, recognizing his thought leadership at the operational frontlines of defense technology.
Under Paul's leadership, Havoc AI raised a $100M Series A bringing total capital raised to approximately $200M, secured strategic partnerships with Leidos, Lockheed Martin, and SAIC, and expanded into aerial and ground autonomy through the acquisitions of Mavrik and Teleo.
Havoc AI has completed over 25,000 hours of autonomous testing, delivered more than 30 unmanned surface vessels to the U.S. DoD, and built a platform enabling a single operator to command thousands of autonomous assets across air, surface, and ground domains.
