Paul Zeckser is Co-Founder and CEO of LightTable, an AI-native platform reimagining pre-construction peer review for the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.

Paul spent 15 years in product leadership, serving as SVP of Product at Angi (HomeAdvisor), helping drive the company through an IPO, and later as Chief Product Officer at Sealed.

Paul co-founded LightTable in October 2024 alongside Dan Becker and Ben Waters, driven by a conviction that the construction industry's decades-old peer review process was ripe for AI-powered transformation.

LightTable raised a $6M seed round in August 2025 led by Primary Venture Partners, followed by a $22M Series A led by Innovation Endeavors, with participation from Blackhorn Ventures, DivcoWest Ventures, and 9Yards Capital.

LightTable has reviewed over 20 million square feet of construction documents and $3.5 billion in total project costs, serving top developers and contractors including Suffolk, Mill Creek Residential, and Swire.
