Pauline Roteta is Co-Founder and CEO of Pasito, an AI-native workspace transforming insurance and benefits operations for carriers, brokers, and employers. She holds a CFA, CFP, and is a Fulbright Scholar with a B.Eng. in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University.

Before Pasito, Pauline was a Senior Investor and Portfolio Manager at BlackRock, where she invested in over 30 private companies globally and received the BlackRock Principles Award. She also worked at Goldman Sachs and co-founded BlackRock Gives for Latin America and Iberia, issuing over $300,000 in grants.

Pauline graduated from Y Combinator (Summer 2022) and raised a $21 million Series A led by Insight Partners in February 2026. She is a Fellow at The Capital Network and was a Vanderbilt Chancellor's Scholar.

Under her leadership, Pasito scaled ARR 50x in one year and now serves top carriers like New York Life and Reliance Matrix, plus leading consultants like OneDigital. The company's AI agents deliver 98% accuracy in plan construction versus the 74% industry average.

Pasito has expanded deployments across thousands of employers and become a foundational operating platform for some of the largest carriers and brokerages in the U.S. The company eliminates hundreds of hours of manual work per group and transforms weeks of work into minutes through AI automation.
