Pete O'Mara-Kane is the CEO and Co-Founder of Evolve Neuro, a pioneering neuroscience and brain performance company serving elite athletes and corporate clients across the globe.

Pete holds a BA in Sociology and Criminology from the University of Liverpool and built a 14-year career in digital advertising, with senior roles at JCDecaux, Millennial Media, BskyB, and LoopMe, where he helped grow the company from 5 to 11 offices worldwide.

A self-described serial entrepreneur, Pete brings deep commercial scaling expertise to the neuroscience space, combining his background in AI-driven performance marketing with the applied brain science of co-founder and Chief Science Officer Dr. Michael Keane.

At LoopMe, Pete rose from VP Sales to GM International and GM APAC, overseeing global operations and serving as a Board Member of the Mobile Marketing Association EMEA before pivoting to found Evolve Neuro and its predecessor ReplikateNeuro.

Evolve Neuro has secured a seed round of 1.6M euros and works with Premier League football clubs, international rugby teams, gaming companies in Southeast Asia, and major sports franchises in the US, with a proprietary neural database among the largest in the industry.
