Peter graduated from Dickinson College in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Economics. He spent nearly 8 years at BetterCloud, rising from Customer Success Manager to Director of Product Strategy, where he led product strategy through over $200M in funding and helped scale the company to a $1B+ valuation.

Peter co-founded Gridline in June 2021 alongside CEO Logan Henderson to address fundamental inefficiencies in fund structuring, operations, and investor access. His expertise in translating complex workflows into scalable technology solutions has been central to building the infrastructure layer for the future of alternatives.

Under Peter's product leadership, Gridline raised $18.5M in Series A funding led by FINTOP in January 2026, bringing total funding to over $27M. The platform serves registered investment advisers, multi-family offices, and private banks, delivering up to 90% reduction in manual reconciliation time and saving 10 to 30 hours per investment on due diligence work.

Gridline has built an end-to-end platform that consolidates and automates private market investment processes, from diligence and execution to administration and reporting. The company is expanding its AI-powered due diligence tool AltComply and growing its team across engineering, commercial operations, and fund administration to serve the wealth management sector.
