Peter Fedichev

Peter Fedichev is Co-Founder and CEO of Gero, a physics-first AI drug discovery company headquartered in Singapore that develops medicines targeting aging and age-related diseases.
Peter earned an M.S. in theoretical physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and a Ph.D. from the University of Amsterdam, spending a decade in academic research at institutions including Kurchatov Institute, AMOLF, and the University of Innsbruck before transitioning into biotech entrepreneurship.
Peter is a top-cited physicist with over 75 peer-reviewed publications and is widely credited with helping establish the field of gerophysics, the application of physics principles to understanding aging, recognized in a dedicated Nature Portfolio collection.
Prior to Gero, Peter co-founded Quantum Pharmaceuticals, an early computational drug design company, and has been named a Rising Star of Longevity by Business Insider for his pioneering research.
Gero has raised $34M in total equity funding, secured a collaboration with Chugai Pharmaceutical (Roche Group) worth up to $250M in milestones plus royalties, and has published foundational aging research in Science and Nature Communications.
