Peter Verrillo is Co-Founder and CEO of Redefine Surgery, a medical technology company building physical AI and the Mentor Vision System to help surgeons implant instruments and devices with greater speed and precision.

Peter studied mechanical engineering at Stevens Institute of Technology and honed his product expertise designing next-generation orthopedic products at Stryker and Tornier USA before entering the startup world.

A serial entrepreneur in medtech, Peter has raised over $25M in venture capital across his ventures and participated in accelerators including Dreamit Ventures, Blueprint Health, and Techstars Boston.

Before Redefine Surgery, Peter co-founded and led Enhatch for over a decade, building an end-to-end AI and AR/VR platform for designing and delivering surgical implants, and also held a role at THINK Surgical.

Redefine Surgery closed an oversubscribed pre-seed round bringing total capital raised to $10M, backed predominantly by surgeon investors, and secured a Founding Partner agreement with Catalyst OrthoScience to build an integrated surgical intelligence ecosystem.
