Phan Thanh Vinh is Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at MFast, a tech-driven fintech platform headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, dedicated to expanding financial inclusion across rural Southeast Asia.

Vinh graduated from the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology with a specialization in electronics and telecommunications, and spent three years as a Senior Project Manager at Harvey Nash Vietnam before co-founding DigiTel and DigiPay.

Growing up in Binh Phuoc, a rural town near the Cambodian border, Vinh and his twin brother witnessed firsthand the financial exclusion faced by rural communities, which became the driving mission behind MFast.

Vinh oversees MFast's technology strategy and product development, guiding the platform's delivery of credit cards, personal loans, digital accounts, and insurance through an expansive nationwide agent network.

MFast has raised $10M across three funding rounds, served nearly 2 million end-consumers, and empowered over 160,000 freelance agents across all 63 provinces in Vietnam.
