Philip Stanislaus is Co-Founder and CTO at Causa Prima, a Delaware-incorporated, Munich and Madrid-based fintech building the first agent-to-agent network that automates B2B invoicing, dispute resolution, and payment-term negotiations between businesses.

Philip holds an MPhil in Economics from the University of Cambridge and previously led engineering at Centrifuge under CEO Maex Ament, gaining deep expertise in blockchain-based financial infrastructure.

Philip co-founded and served as Managing Partner at Oak Security, where he oversaw more than 600 enterprise-grade security audits, establishing a reputation for building infrastructure that enterprises trust with real money.

Prior to Causa Prima, Philip worked as a Blockchain Architect at Snowfork and as a Blockchain Developer at Centrifuge, and also co-founded Byll, demonstrating a consistent track record of building at the frontier of decentralized and enterprise finance.

Causa Prima has raised $30M in total funding across a $10M pre-seed and a $20M seed round led by Base10 Partners, and already serves more than 3,000 active accounts on its growing agent-to-agent network.
