Philipp Baumanns is Co-Founder and COO at telli (YC F24), a Berlin-based AI voice agent platform that automates high-volume customer call operations for B2C companies.

Philipp studied Business Administration at the University of St. Gallen and previously held roles at McKinsey and Company, Picus Capital, and Armira before joining Enpal as one of its first employees.

The idea for telli was born directly from Philipp's operational experience at Enpal, where he and co-founder Finn zur Muhlen witnessed the massive inefficiencies of phone-based customer acquisition at scale.

At Enpal, Germany's solar and energy unicorn valued at $2.4 billion, Philipp helped grow the heat pump division from 2 to 150 employees in under a year, proving his ability to scale complex commercial operations rapidly.

telli has achieved 9x year-over-year revenue growth, processed close to one million phone calls, and counts major clients such as Sky, Enpal, and Viessmann Climate Solutions, while raising a total of $18.5 million in funding.
