Philippa (Pip) Brown is Co-Founder and Co-CEO at Elyos AI, a Y Combinator-backed startup redefining front-office operations for the trades and field services industry through fully autonomous AI agents.

Pip previously served as Head of Operations at OVO Energy, the UK's largest renewable energy company with $2B in revenue, and prior to that spent four years as an operations consultant at Rolls-Royce's Head Office. She holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Pip's deep operational background, including optimising a call centre handling approximately 19,000 calls per day at OVO Energy, directly shaped Elyos AI's mission to eliminate front-office friction for trades businesses.

Elyos AI was founded in 2023 through the Y Combinator programme and has raised $16M in total funding, including a $13M Series A in January 2026 led by Blackbird Ventures, with participation from Y Combinator and Pi Labs.

Elyos AI's agents handle thousands of daily calls for customers across the UK and beyond, with clients reporting higher booking rates, faster response times, and significant reductions in missed calls after deployment.
