A Chartered Accountant with an MBA from London Business School, Piyush built his career across private equity, finance, and clean energy, holding leadership roles at Kleinwort Benson Private Equity, Deloitte, and KPMG.

With over 20 years of experience spanning private equity, corporate finance, and distributed energy, Piyush brings a rare blend of investment acumen and operational depth to climate tech.

Prior to co-founding Odyssey, Piyush served as CEO of Simpa Networks, one of India's largest distributed energy companies, which was subsequently acquired by ENGIE, and led over 50 investment and M&A deals across five continents at Frontiers Capital.

Odyssey has raised over $38M in funding, built a network of 2,000+ renewable energy companies, and has $1.3 billion of distributed renewable energy financing flowing through its platform, earning recognition including the 2020 Keeling Curve Prize and Bloomberg's 2025 class of innovators.
