Prateek Srivastava is Co-Founder at Sol Foundry Inc., an agentic AI startup building a proactive AI assistant that identifies email commitments and autonomously executes the work needed to fulfill them.

Prateek studied at the National Institute of Technology Srinagar and went on to serve as Engineering Lead at CRED, one of India's leading fintech companies, where the idea for Sol was born.

Prateek and his co-founders identified a critical gap in how teams handle work commitments, recognizing that existing AI tools were reactive rather than proactive, and set out to fundamentally change that paradigm.

At CRED, Prateek led engineering efforts that gave him deep expertise in building scalable, consumer-facing technology products, directly informing Sol Foundry's technical architecture and product vision.

Sol Foundry emerged from stealth in 2025 with $4M in seed funding from General Catalyst, Nexus Venture Partners, DeVC, Peercheque and CRED founder Kunal Shah, and has already onboarded over 100 users on its pre-launch platform.
