Praveen Jain is Co-Founder of Turiyam AI, a Bengaluru-based deeptech startup building AI compute infrastructure focused on inference optimization. The company raised $4M in pre-seed funding led by Ankur Capital and Micelio Fund in 2026.

Praveen brings over 15 years of semiconductor domain experience, having worked at Intel and AMD on multiple product launches. He most recently led India Engineering and Site Operations at XCOM Labs, a leading telecommunications technology company.

Praveen was also Co-Founder and CTO at AI Tech Systems, where he developed edge ML platforms and compiler technologies for IoT devices. The founding team at Turiyam has collectively built more than 30 chips and brings over two decades of semiconductor and AI experience each.

Turiyam raised $4M in pre-seed funding and is building a software-first inference solution with hybrid memory architecture for data centers. The platform offers full-stack, enterprise-ready solutions built on open source, utilizing CUDA-free middleware and RISC-V hardware.

Turiyam is addressing a market conservatively valued at $100B and potentially up to $300B by 2030 for inference-specific semiconductor solutions. The company aims to make AI intelligence accessible and impactful for billions of people at radically low total cost of ownership.
