Prudhvi Rao Shedimbi is Co-Founder of OpenCFO, an AI-native financial operations platform built to serve as an intelligent CFO for mid-market companies scaling across geographies.

A BITS Pilani alumnus, Prudhvi holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Cincinnati and built deep enterprise tech expertise at companies including StarTree, Confluent, CrowdStrike, and Intel, before leading the ops org for AWS Startups in Europe.

Prudhvi's time at AWS exposed him to Amazon's rigorous OP1/OP2 business planning cadence, giving him a first-hand understanding of operational clarity that he now applies to building scalable fintech infrastructure.

Co-founding OpenCFO in December 2025 alongside Sankalp Singayapally, Prudhvi secured a $2M seed round led by Endiya Partners with participation from angel investors across the US and India.

OpenCFO's early pilots show the platform can reduce cross-border transaction costs by over 50%, with the company targeting mid-market companies across the US, India, UK, EU, and Canada ahead of its full platform launch in mid-2026.
