Puneet holds an M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering and built over a decade of expertise in developer tooling and cloud infrastructure at companies including Microsoft and Harness.

As VP of Engineering at Harness, Puneet helped scale the platform past $200M in annual recurring revenue, giving him firsthand insight into the operational gaps that emerge as AI-driven code generation accelerates.

At Autoheal, Puneet leads the data strategy powering the platform's Evaluator and Healer agents, which score and continuously improve worker agents for incident response, vulnerability remediation, and AI cost efficiency inside enterprise clouds.

Autoheal is already battle-tested at regulated enterprises including Nomura Bank, where its agents cut average incident resolution time from two hours to 15 minutes, and has secured $7.9M in seed funding led by Innovation Endeavors.
