Rachit Kataria is Co-Founder and CEO of Centralize (YC W24), an AI-powered relationship intelligence platform built for high ACV enterprise revenue teams.

Rachit earned a BS and MS in Computer Science from the University of Southern California, then went on to build products at Meta and AtoB before co-founding Centralize with his USC classmate Will Wang.

As a founding engineer at Meta, Rachit helped scale Facebook Shops to over 250 million monthly active users, demonstrating his ability to ship products at massive scale.

At AtoB (YC S20), Rachit served as product tech lead where he built the foundations of their fuel card fraud detection and partner-funded discounts systems before launching Centralize in 2023.

Centralize has raised $4.5M in funding from investors including Y Combinator and Salesforce Ventures, and is redefining how enterprise sales teams manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
