Radek Janik is Co-Founder and CTO at OTee, an Oslo-based deep tech company revolutionising industrial automation through AI-powered virtual control systems and cybersecurity-first architecture.

Educated at the University of Silesia in Katowice, Radek built a 17-year career spanning AI and cybersecurity, with roles at MetaLabs.ai, Global App Testing as Data Science Manager, MasterBorn Software, and the Ministry of Education in Dubai, UAE.

Radek is on a mission to disrupt the operational technology sector by applying AI and zero-trust cybersecurity principles to industrial control systems, a domain largely unchanged since the 1990s.

He co-founded OTee with Henrik Pedersen after meeting through the Antler cohort in 2022, and has since led the company through a landmark seed round of 14.2 MNOK, the largest first funding round out of Antler Norway, and a subsequent EUR 5.3M seed round led by North Ventures.

Under Radek's technical leadership, OTee has grown to 21 employees across 13 countries, secured major enterprise customers including Aker BP, and expanded its virtual PLC platform across energy, utilities, and manufacturing sectors globally.
