Radhika Patil

Radhika Patil is the Co-Founder and CEO of Cradlewise, a San Francisco-based baby tech company building the world's first AI-powered smart crib that soothes babies back to sleep at the first signs of waking, usable from birth to 24 months.
Born and raised in India, Radhika earned an engineering degree and a Master's in Electronics from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) in Bangalore, then built over eight years of semiconductor industry expertise at Qualcomm and Marvell Semiconductor.

Cradlewise was named one of TIME Magazine's Best Inventions of 2020, won a CES 2022 Innovations Award, earned a public endorsement from OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, and was ranked the second fastest-growing company of 2024 by Exploding Topics with 5,200% five-year search growth.
