Rafael Broshi

Rafael Broshi is Co-Founder and CEO of Notch, an AI operating system for regulated industries that deploys end-to-end AI agents for insurers, financial institutions, and large brokers.
Rafael earned a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University and an International Executive MBA from the Kellogg-Recanati program, then served a decade in the Israeli Air Force before moving into product strategy at AGT International and investment roles at Orca Capital and Foundation Partners.
Rafael's rare background spanning defense, product management, and hedge fund investing shaped his conviction that AI in regulated industries must be auditable, controllable, and production-ready, not just demo-ready.
After co-founding Notch in 2021 originally as a specialty insurer, Rafael led a bold pivot to build the AI operating system the team wished had existed, securing $45M in total funding including a $30M Series A led by Headline with Lightspeed Venture Partners.
Notch has grown 12x ARR in a single year, employs 50 people across Israel and the United States, and counts major global insurers and financial enterprises as clients, delivering 40x faster response times and 80% lower cost-to-serve.
