Rafael Quintanilla is Co-Founder and CEO of Arrakis Technologies, a London and Paris-based AI deployment company building an AI operating system for industrial enterprises across aerospace, energy, logistics, and manufacturing.

Rafael served as Vice President at Accel, where he spent nearly a year traveling across the US, Europe, and the Middle East developing the firm's thesis on defense and industrial resilience.

Rafael's conviction is that Western reindustrialisation requires equipping existing industrial champions with AI tools to harness their data and compete globally, not just building new companies.

At Arrakis, Rafael assembled a world-class team of alumni from Palantir, Revolut, DeliveryHero, Datadog, and ASML, and secured backing from Accel, Blossom Capital, the CEO of Datadog, and OpenAI's Head of Business Products.

Within six months of launch, Arrakis reached a $140M post-money valuation, raised $38M in total funding, secured NYSE-listed enterprise customers, and helped one client cut procurement cycle times by 90%.
