Rajashree Nambiar is the Co-Founder, MD and CEO of Ecofy, India's first and only green-only NBFC dedicated to financing electric vehicles, rooftop solar, and green SMEs through a tech-first digital lending platform.

Rajashree holds an MBA from the prestigious Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS) and brings over 30 years of experience in the BFSI domain across banking and financial services.

Before co-founding Ecofy, Rajashree served as MD and CEO of Fullerton India Credit Company Limited (now SMFG India Credit), where she drove enterprise-wide strategy covering Risk, Operations, Technology, Analytics, and Digital initiatives.

Prior to Fullerton India, she was CEO and Executive Director at IIFL Finance, and before that spent 22 years at Standard Chartered Bank, rising to Head of Retail Products for India and South Asia.

Under her leadership, Ecofy has grown into India's first diversified retail green lender, serving over 43,000 customers across 21+ states, reducing over 25,000 tonnes of carbon emissions, and raising $52.8M in funding from global investors including British International Investment and Finnfund.
