Rami Karabibar is the CEO and Co-Founder of EvenUp, the category leader in AI for personal injury law, on a mission to close the justice gap for the 20 million Americans injured each year.

Rami graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce and Engineering, earned his MBA from Harvard Business School in 2014, and held senior roles at Warburg Pincus as a tech growth investor and at Waymo as Corporate Development Lead.

Drawing from his experience at Waymo witnessing the enormous costs of handling injury claims at scale, Rami co-founded EvenUp to bring AI-driven efficiency and fairness to a historically opaque legal sector.

Under his leadership, EvenUp secured four funding rounds in just 24 months, reaching a $2B+ valuation and $385M in total capital raised, backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, Lightspeed, and Bain Capital Ventures.

EvenUp now serves over 2,000 U.S. law firms, has helped resolve more than 200,000 personal injury cases, and processes 10,000 cases per week, with its platform proven to be 69% more likely to achieve policy limit settlements.
